About Sunny

My experience includes teaching Korean to graduate students and immigrant workers in Korea, where I witnessed firsthand the joy and satisfaction that comes from mastering a new language. My students not only enjoyed the learning process but also achieved their language-learning goals, whether it was for academic, professional, or personal reasons.

Join me on a journey to unlock the beauty and richness of the Korean language. Together, we will not only learn the intricacies of grammar and vocabulary but also delve into the cultural nuances that make the language come alive. Let's embark on this exciting adventure of language acquisition, where your goals become our shared accomplishments.

I look forward to being your guide and mentor as you explore the vast world of Korean language and culture.

About the lesson

My teaching philosophy revolves around empowering students to achieve their goals, particularly in becoming culturally adept individuals in the vibrant tapestry of Korean society. I firmly believe in the power of language to open doors and broaden horizons. Just as I experienced the enriching benefits of learning English, Japanese, Chinese, and German, I am committed to offering my students the same opportunity to widen their world and enhance their prospects.

In my tutoring approach, I specialize in creating a tailored pedagogy that suits the unique needs and aspirations of each student. Contextualization is at the core of my methods, ensuring that language learning is not a detached exercise but a practical tool for real-life situations. I take pride in my ability to adapt to various learning environments and provide actionable guidance for students seeking to apply their Korean language skills in specific scenarios.
