About Mia

I am a native Korean speaker and I am currently living in the UK with my family. I studied Korean Language Education for Foreigners at University and I have a master's degree in Education. I have been teaching Korean for the last 5 years on and offline with students from different backgrounds. I teach a range of ages from children to adults at a Korean school in the UK. I am patient, easy-going, and my lessons are fun and practical. Language is about connection, not perfection! So, no matter what level you are at, I can help you improve your Korean skills. Su is an extremely hard worker. She already speaks several other languages so her understanding of languages is very high. She is always very well prepared for my lessons. Also, she is often proactive and looks ahead to next lessons. However, I would rather her to consolidate and learn more deeply the lessons/material I previously taught rather than looking ahead. She should also aim to improve her speaking skills. Her grammar is very good and so is her understanding of when to use it - just needs more speaking practice! I am looking forward to having more lessons with her.
