I hold certifications as a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, Usui & Quantum Reiki Master and (Dharma) Life Purpose & Spiritual Life Coach. My approach is centered around the belief that every individual possesses a unique energy that can be harnessed for healing and personal growth.
