Ananta is a lawyer on the spiritual path, integrating wisdom with inner healing. As an Advanced-Level Pranic Healer, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and TASSO Practitioner, she explores the depths of energy and subconscious transformation. With Diplomas in Naturopathy and Psychology, her approach blends mind-body healing with a deeper understanding of human nature.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    I developed a deep interest in the field of meditation and spirituality through a combination of personal experiences, curiosity, and a quest for inner peace and self-discovery. It was a transformative journey that continues to unfold.
    I have been in the practice of meditation since I was 12 years old. The reason for the same was that my mother is a highly spiritual being, and has also been a pranic healer for the past 11 years. So, growing up I always had an exceptionally nurturing and spiritual environment. In terms of compassion, I take after my family.
    Growing up, I began exploring various philosophies, practices, and belief systems in an effort to understand myself and the world around me on a more profound level. And with all the knowledge I have gathered along this journey, it is clear to me that the field of meditation and spirituality is an ever-expanding realm. And I am dedicated to staying current with the latest research, insights, and practices. I am committed to fostering a sense of openness, curiosity, and non-judgment in my teachings, encouraging individuals to embark on their own unique journey of self-discovery and transformation.
    As a meditation and spirituality Coach, I aim to impart the wisdom and techniques I have gathered along my journey while continually deepening my practice and learning from the experiences of my students. I am passionate about creating a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore their inner landscape, cultivate mindfulness, and unlock their innate potential for well-being and self-realization.
    My passion for meditation and spirituality continues to evolve as I witness its positive impact on my own life and the lives of those I have the privilege to guide.

    The motivation behind my choice to teach meditation and spirituality stems from a deep sense of gratitude and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Here's what drives me:
    Personal Transformation: Meditation and spirituality have been instrumental in my transformation and growth. They have provided me with tools to navigate life's challenges, cultivate inner peace, and develop a greater sense of self-awareness and compassion. My own experiences of the profound benefits of these practices motivate me to share them with others, as I believe they have the power to bring about positive change in individuals' lives.
    Empowering Others: Witnessing the transformative power of meditation and spirituality in my own life, I am inspired to empower others to discover their inner resources and potential. I want to help individuals navigate the complexities of modern life, find inner peace amidst chaos, and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
    All in all, teaching meditation and spirituality allows me to provide tools and guidance that support others in their journey toward well-being and self-discovery.

    Compassion and service are foundational values for me. Teaching meditation and spirituality is a way for me to express compassion by offering support and guidance to those who seek it.   • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    When I think of a role model for my work, someone who deeply inspires me and aligns with my values, I often reflect on my mother. She is a figure who embodies the qualities I strive to cultivate within myself and impart to my students.
    My mother is an extraordinarily spiritual person who embodies compassion, wisdom and a deep connection to the divine. She possesses a profound understanding of the human condition and is able to empathize with others' struggles and challenges. Her presence is nurturing, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their spiritual journeys.
    One of the reasons I choose my mother as a role model is her ability to integrate spirituality into everyday life. She effortlessly demonstrates how meditation and spiritual practices can be seamlessly woven into one's daily routine, transforming ordinary moments into opportunities for growth and self-awareness. Her authenticity and groundedness inspire me to teach in a similar manner, encouraging my students to incorporate spiritual principles into their own lives.
    Furthermore, she has a deep commitment to service and giving back to the community. She exemplifies the importance of using our spiritual knowledge and practices to uplift others and make a positive impact in the world. This aspect of her character resonates with my values, and I strive to instill a sense of social responsibility and empathy in my students.

  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Outside of teaching meditation and spirituality, I have a few hobbies that bring me joy and relaxation. One of my favorite hobbies is reading. I am an avid reader and enjoy diving into various genres such as fiction, non-fiction, and self-improvement books. Reading allows me to explore new perspectives, expand my knowledge, and engage my imagination.
    Another hobby of mine is practicing yoga. Yoga not only complements my teaching in meditation and spirituality but also helps me maintain a healthy body and mind. It allows me to connect with my physical self, focus on my breath, and find inner balance.
    In addition to reading and yoga, I have a keen interest in gardening. I as well enjoy spending time in nature, going for hikes, exploring new trails, or simply sitting by a serene lake or beach rejuvenates me. Nature provides a sense of tranquility and reminds me of the interconnectedness of all living beings. It's a wonderful way for me to recharge and find inspiration for my teaching.
    Lastly, I am not sure if this counts as a hobby, but it gives me abundant joy to be with furry kids on the streets and in animal shelters. I volunteer in various programs relating to animal welfare, donation camps, as well as blood camps.
    These hobbies not only bring me personal fulfillment but also contribute to my overall well-being and enhance my ability to connect with others.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    Certainly! I have a memorable anecdote from my professional life that highlights almost all the transformative power of meditation and spirituality in a student's life. The name of my student is withheld for confidentiality purposes.
    I once had a student who approached me seeking guidance and support during a particularly challenging phase of their life. They were dealing with stress, anxiety, and a general feeling of being overwhelmed by various responsibilities. They had tried different methods to find peace and balance but had not found lasting relief.
    Together, we embarked on a journey of exploring different meditation techniques and spiritual practices. I introduced them to mindfulness meditation, breathwork exercises, and guided visualizations. We also discussed the importance of self-reflection, gratitude, and cultivating a positive mindset through spiritual practices. Over the course of several weeks, my student diligently practiced these techniques and incorporated them into their daily routine.
    One day, my student came to the session with tears of gratitude in their eyes.
