I am an enthusiastic young individual who started learning this in my teenage years and now aim to teach others to help build a better society and improve healthcare. About the lesson

I don't want to use cheesy words, but I will help improve your mental health and fill your mind with awareness. With 90% of your health problems potentially resolved, we will teach you five different breathing techniques and activate muscles that have been dormant.
