About Kai
Sensei Kai Leung is the head instructor of Shotojuku Karate Dojo located in Astoria, Queens. He has been studying Shotokan-Ryu and Goju-Ryu Karate-Do since 1964 and has been teaching students for over 50 Years. Sensei Leung offers programs in traditional karate-do and kobudo with an emphasis on technique, physical endurance and mental clarity gained thru consistent training. Sensei Leung has also produced many WKF Sport Karate champions, as well as fitness and self defense instructors. We offer classes to students from ages 3 and up and we look forward to teaching you the art of the karate-do.
