About Brandon
My fitness journey began in high school where I wanted to prioritize my health and physique. The journey wasn’t easy as it was trial and error on what worked for me. When it finally clicked, I started seeing my desired results. To date, I have run two Spartan races and have two more booked for 2026 with four more being planned for 2026. I am also planning to run a Hyrox race in 2026.

The plans will be personalized to you based on your goals, ability, and progression. I will be taking a person first approach when designing a plan that has you in mind.
