I am a highly motivated fitness enthusiast and university student with a deep commitment to health, discipline, and personal growth. My journey into fitness began with a desire to build both physical and mental strength, and I am passionate about sharing those results with others. I chose to teach because I believe that a structured workout is the best way to gain confidence and manage the stress of a busy lifestyle.

I specialize in muscle strengthening, body toning, and flexibility. My goal is to make fitness accessible and empowering, whether you are stepping into a gym for the first time or looking to refine your current routine. I am organized, punctual, and dedicated to helping my clients see real, sustainable progress through a professional and supportive approach.

My training methodology is centered on progressive overload and functional movement. I don't believe in 'one size fits all' workouts; instead, I focus on three core pillars: Strength, Toning, and Mobility. I use a combination of bodyweight exercises (Calisthenics) and resistance training to help my clients build a lean, athletic physique while improving their overall energy levels.

What a typical session looks like:

Warm-up (10 Mins): Dynamic stretching and joint mobilization to prevent injury.

The Core Workout (35 Mins): High-intensity strength and toning exercises tailored to your specific body goals (Glutes, Core, or Upper Body).

Cool Down (15 Mins): Deep stretching and flexibility work to help with recovery and relaxation.

Duration: Standard sessions are 60 minutes. I also offer 90-minute 'Intensive Toning' sessions for those wanting faster results.

Target Audience: I specialize in training women of all ages, from beginners who have never stepped into a gym to intermediate athletes looking to refine their form.

My Background: As a dedicated fitness enthusiast and university student, I bring a high level of discipline, organization, and energy to every session. My approach is rooted in two years of personal body transformation and helping peers achieve their own fitness milestones through structured, science-based routines.
