About Laia
I have several years of experience teaching Spanish to children and teenagers, and I am currently studying to become a primary school teacher. My own experience of going to another country and learning the language better, has allowed me to develop a deep appreciation for the beauty of language and its power to connect people across cultures.
I want to teach because I believe that learning a language opens doors to new oportunities and perspectives.
And what could be better than to be able to help people who want to learn and improve a foreign language like me and be able to exchange culture, tradition and converse fluently.
My goal as a teacher is to empower my students to achieve their personal language goals, wheter that means preparing for travel, advancing their careers, or simply enjoying the richness of spanish-speaking cultures.

I am a native spanish speaker and I have experience teaching children and teenagers, but i adapt easily and I can also offer classes to adults who want to learn spanish.
My classes present a communicative approach that prioritizes conversation from the very first lesson. My goal is for students to feel comfortable speaking Spanish in real life situations.
I offer a free first lesson, which allows prospective students to experience my teaching style without any commitment. This way, they can see firsthand how I customize classes to suit their needs.
My class is a safe space for mistakes and questions. I encourage my students to express themselves freely, fostering a supportive environment that builds their confidence.
I regularly ask for feedback to ensure that my classes meet students' needs. If a student shows interest in a particular topic, I tailor future classes to delve deeper into it.
