About Mylena

I hold a degree in Finance and specialized training in Psychopedagogy — a powerful combination that allows me to teach Spanish not just as a language, but as a personalized, meaningful, and goal-oriented experience. I don’t just teach grammar or vocabulary — I help you live the language, with confidence and purpose, whether you’re learning for travel, work, study, or personal growth.
My teaching approach blends academic rigor with empathetic pedagogy. Every lesson is tailored to your learning style, pace, and goals. No generic methods — I create customized learning paths that deliver real results, without stress and with constant motivation.
I’ve successfully guided students of all ages and levels — from absolute beginners to advanced learners preparing for DELE/SIELE exams or professional environments. My background in psychopedagogy helps me identify learning blocks, build your confidence, and foster independence. Meanwhile, my finance expertise allows me to teach practical, real-world Spanish — including business vocabulary, email writing, presentations, or even financial conversations in Spanish.

I am organized, punctual, clear in my explanations, and deeply committed to your progress. I’m not just your teacher — I’m your learning partner.

About the lesson

My Teaching Approach & How I Teach
Teaching Methods & Pedagogy
I use a communicative, interactive, and student-centered methodology based on principles of psychopedagogy and real-life application. My lessons are designed to:
Build vocabulary and grammar through context and repetition.
Develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in balance.
Encourage confidence by creating a safe, supportive environment where mistakes are part of the process.
Use engaging materials: videos, audio clips, role-plays, games, and real-world texts (news, emails, business documents).
For adult learners, I can integrate business Spanish, financial terminology, or academic language depending on your needs. For younger students, I use fun, visual, and creative activities to keep them engaged.
Typical Lesson Duration
My standard class lasts 60 minutes, but I can adapt to 45 or 90-minute sessions based on your schedule and goals. Each session includes:
Quick review of previous content (5–10 min)
Introduction of new material with practical examples (15–20 min)
Interactive practice: speaking, writing, listening exercises (20–25 min)
Feedback and guidance (10 min)
Homework or tips for self-practice at home (5 min)
This structure ensures efficiency, engagement, and real progress.
