It is important to remember that chess is the second most practiced sport in the world and have been used in various groups of children, adults and the elderly. This happens because the person plays chess, is developing static motor coordination and concentration. Its practice leads to a state of relaxation of the brain structures while stimulating the mental areas that help in the development of memory, patience, self-control, creativity, logical reasoning, decision-making, among others. Essential components of our quality of life.
