24 hour cancellation policy* - If cancelled within 24 hours or more of scheduled session there is no fee; you will be charged half the price of your session if you cancel after the 24-hour window closes. You will be charged full price if you do not show up to your scheduled session, your failure to attend will cause interruption in scheduling. You are allotted a 15 minute grace period to show up for your session.

*This policy does not apply to pre-purchased sessions of 5 hours or more.
