I am a passionate and experienced educator with a PhD in Management, specializing in Human Resource Management, along with an MBA and MSW. With over 20 years of teaching experience, I have had the opportunity to teach and mentor learners across Doctoral, Postgraduate, Bachelor’s, Diploma, and Foundation levels. My academic and professional experience enables me to combine strong theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world perspectives. I am committed to creating a supportive, engaging, and professional learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing critical thinking skills, and building confidence in their abilities. My goal is not simply to teach a subject, but to help every learner understand, apply, and appreciate what they learn while working towards their academic and professional goals.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is based on experiential learning, where students learn not only through theory but also through practical examples, real-world business scenarios, case studies, discussions, and problem-solving activities. I believe learning should be interactive and engaging, even in online sessions, so I encourage active participation and connect management concepts with practical workplace situations.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes and is structured around the individual student’s learning needs, academic level, and goals. I simplify complex concepts, encourage critical thinking, and provide clear explanations supported by relevant examples.

I hold a PhD in Management, with specialization in Human Resource Management, along with an MBA and MSW, and have over 20 years of teaching experience. I have taught students at Doctoral, Postgraduate, Bachelor’s, Diploma, and Foundation levels.
