About Lindsey
My personal connection to Type 1 Narcolepsy and living with this condition has not only deepened my understanding of the challenges individuals with sleep disorders face but has also fueled my passion for making a meaningful impact on those around me. I have channeled this passion into my volunteer work with Wake Up Narcolepsy, where I serve as a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) and Fundraising Volunteer. In my role as a P2P Volunteer, I provide emotional, social, and practical support to peers living with narcolepsy, drawing from my own experiences to offer empathetic guidance. My firsthand knowledge of the daily struggles and triumphs of those with sleep disorders has allowed me to forge meaningful connections and provide valuable insights to help others navigate their journeys.
