About Nora

I am native Italian, grew up in Germany and speak fluent Spanish from living and working in Spain. I am a patient, reliable person. I perfectly understand the struggles of learning a foreign language and look forward to supporting you throughout the learning journey.

About the lesson

I have been teaching Spanish, German and Italian since I moved to England in December 2017. I strongly believe that the most important things in learning a language are to enjoy it, to feel comfortable and to be motivated.

It is a wonderful feeling to share my love for languages and cultures with a huge range of people. My clients are extremely diverse, from young children to retired adults and from complete beginners to advanced learners.

It doesn’t matter if you are an absolute beginner looking to learn holiday conversation basics or a more advanced student preparing for an exam. I always tailor my lessons individually to the student choosing relevant topics that they will enjoy.

In our introductory lesson we can establish your personal aims to make sure classes are designed with your goals in mind.

I am helping Philip with his Spanish skills for his trip to South America. We are working on the basics , boosting his confidence in speaking and listening. He is able to ask questions, order food and drinks and I am building up his vocabulary in order to be able to have conversation with people. I am really enjoying working with him. He is a good student and works hard outside of lessons improving quickly.

Excellent! I really enjoyed my 10 Spanish lessons with Nora. She packed in as much as possible for us, preparing well for our lessons and was a patient and engaging teacher. She also recommended some great extra resources to help us continue with our learning.

It was a pleasure to help Andrea and Gay in a block of 10 Lessons to get ready for there Holidays. We worked on the basics such as ordering food and drinks, asking questions, bookings and have simple conversation building up vocabulary and confidence. Both are great students and worked hard in there free time to improve there Spanish. I really enjoyed teaching you both.

I found Nora through a google search, and have been attending her lessons for about 3 months now. In that time my German has improved greatly, to the point that we now hold conversations in German as part of the lesson, with Nora giving instruction when I get things wrong. Would wholly recommend.
