About Darcey
I am a modern languages student currently on my year abroad in Salamanca, Spain. Having studied Spanish for 9 years, I ,more than anyone, know what it feels like to face the hardships that come with learning a new language. I know how vital patient teachers and tutors are in the process of mastering a language and it is due to this that I would love to help students excel in the way that I was helped to. Admittedly, this will be a new experience for me but I believe I will be able to use my experience of working in a school alongside teachers to my advantage. Pairing this with my advanced knowledge of the Spanish language and willingness to try my hardest for the students, I am confident in saying that I will provide high quality tutoring.

I am a degree level student willing to offer classes to beginner or intermediate level students no matter the age. I am a huge believer in backing up what I am teaching with context and examples and so with anything I teach, I will show you how it is used in normal everyday life and not just in a textbook. I will cater the lesson to the needs of the individual student, focusing on teaching any grammar or vocabulary that they find particularly difficult. Furthermore, for the students that are in school , I am more than happy to look over your Spanish homework, help you understand any test corrections or help you to study for any tests that you have coming up.
