About Caroline

I am a piano tutor with 9 years of experience, holding a Licentiate of Music in Piano (LMusA or equivalent). I specialize in guiding students through ABRSM, Rockschool, and university-level piano studies.

My teaching focuses on both technical skill and creative expression. I work with students to strengthen technique, improve sight-reading, and develop musical interpretation. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s pace and goals, whether they are beginners or advanced performers.

I am passionate about unlocking each student’s potential, helping them gain confidence and enjoy their musical journey. I emphasize structured practice, finger exercises, and expressive playing to ensure steady progress.

I also integrate repertoire that inspires creativity and challenges students to explore different styles. With guidance, encouragement, and consistent practice, my students learn to play with both precision and passion.

Seeing a student grow musically and achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of teaching. I aim to make every lesson engaging, motivating, and full of progress.

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on building musical fluency step by step. I guide students to read music confidently while developing expressive playing skills. Lessons combine rhythm drills, finger exercises, and song interpretation to strengthen technique and musical understanding.
