Me llamo Andrea,

Tengo 24 años.

Me gusta cantar, escuchar Salsa y practicar Muay Thai.

Estudio Psicología social.

Vivo en Montreal.

Soy una profesora de guardería y doy clases de español.

Do you understand this? It’s ok if you don’t! At the end of the day we are here to learn and the fact that you are trying makes you special!

I’m Andrea and I’m ready to be your next Spanish teacher. I’m 24 and I live in Canada since 2018. I speak mainly English and I’m able to communicate in French too (Quebec students welcome!)

I like to sing, listen to music (mainly Salsa) and I practice Muay Thai too! I’m an early childhood education and I am also a Spanish teacher on the side.
I’m also looking forward to complete my social psychology studies online :)

I find learning is best when you positively relate to the subject and the things around it, so my main goal will be to get to create a positive relationship between you, myself and Latin American- South American culture!

Let me know if you are planning on visiting South America so we can adapt your lessons to be as useful as possible!

About the lesson

One of the hardest part of teaching online is keeping students motivated and willing to interact. However we must also acknowledge that online teaching allows us to include new tools such as online games, boards and other fun tools easily .

Our classes would each start with an introduction where we will review what we saw last class and where I will take some time to check your mental state to make sure that the class is well fitting.

We will then proceed to review the new material and conclude with a small exercise to make sure that all doubts or patchy areas will be covered next time.

I am a social psychology student and I work with children with learning disabilities such as ADHD, so please feel free to let me know about any tools I should include, or the way In which I can help you learn better.

I want to thank you for considering Spanish as a new language, I am already proud of you and I believe we can achieve great things together!
