I have worked in the mental health field, providing therapy for 3+ years. While this will not be therapy, this will be a stepping stone into bettering yourself in the little aspects of life! I love to help others achieve a goal and reach milestones!

You can learn skills in stress management, coping, maintaining a positive mindset, habit tracking, and goal setting!
Plans are personalized to your specific needs and areas of concern. I meet you where you are at! Sessions are tailored to your comfortability and learning style! I love to think of these sessions as a conversation rather than a formal discussion. Supplemental materials such as habit trackers, calendars, therapeutic worksheets, self-help book recommendations, etc. are all a part of your personalized plan. Through my years of working in mental health I have accumulated quite a bit of resources to share.
I am very flexible in scheduling as I know we have busy lives and sometimes things happen.
These sessions are for any and everyone who may need help in a small part of their life and aren't ready or able to fully commit to regular therapy!
