About Valerie

I am a self employed musician with over 30 years experience of teaching and performing. I studied Violin and Piano at Trinity College of Music London. I am as enthusiastic about music today as I was when I trained. I love meeting new pupils of any age and helping them move forward.

About the lesson

I believe children and adults want to experience playing music from day 1 so I teach the playing and reading of music alongside one another so that learning to read isn t holding up the joy of playing, until reading is confident.
