About Federico
I am a community builder by day, but in that capacity I tutored for over a decade when I ran a youth shelter for refugee boys in Los Angeles. I grew up the son of a U.S Diplomat which saw me live in Colombia, Argentina, Paraguay, and El Salvador, and which forced me to “relearn” Spanish depending on the country we were in. That experience, as well as having to learn French, Finnish and Swedish while living in Finland, showed me that an equally if not more important part of putting a foreign language to use i building the confidence and muscle memory to speak it.
