About Ricardo

I am a REBT practitioner with years of experience working with those wanting to become better people. I am a military veteran having served in Afghanistan. I obtained a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2016 from Troy University.

About the lesson

I wish for those wanting, to learn how they are holding themselves back. By learning your irrational beliefs and limiting them you can push yourself into a better mindset, environment, and life. Application is easier said than done but through practice anything is within reach.
