About Anthony

I’m a Bachelor of Health Science (Kinesiology) graduate currently pursuing my Doctor of Naturopathy. My background combines strong knowledge in human movement, anatomy, and physiology with a clinical, real-world approach to health.

Through my studies and placements, I’ve worked with a variety of populations and have experience applying concepts like exercise programming, injury prevention, and overall wellness in practical settings.

I’m passionate about helping students understand material in a way that actually sticks, and I aim to make learning straightforward, relatable, and useful beyond just the classroom.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs and learning style. I start by assessing your current understanding, then break topics down into simple, clear explanations using real-life examples. I focus on building true understanding, not just memorization. A typical session includes reviewing material, guided explanations, and practice questions. What sets me apart is my ability to simplify complex concepts and connect them to real-world health and performance. Lessons are ideal for high school and early university students. — Anthony
