About NatiSol

My name is Natalia, I am from Argentina, and I have been teaching classes for 5 years. I seek that the class be a moment of joy, that allows you to free yourself from the stress of routine life, that is not only for a physical purpose but also an emotional purpose, that is my greatest challenge, that you arrive happy when moving

About the lesson

In my classes I use different routines, exercises and intensities, so no class is the same as the previous one and you exercise your whole body.
In Zumba classes I use different rhythms, different artists, and simple movements so that you can follow the choreo without frustration, in addition to adding a lot of cardio and varied fitness according to the music.
