About Emilia
I have a good working knowledge of the National Curriculum from over 6 years of experience tutoring maths and science (especially biology and chemistry) to a range of students. I am highly adaptable as I have experience tutoring students online and in person and 1-to-1 as well as small groups in a school setting. I currently work in public engagement with science and have a BSc in Zoology and an MSc in Science Communication which have further improved my knowledge and tutoring style!

I offer 1-hour online lessons for biology students in years 7-13. I can be flexible to your needs!
My teaching style is encouraging so that I can help you build confidence and skills. I enjoy helping you work through problems and want to make you believe in yourself before attempting any exam practice. However, my in-depth knowledge of exam techniques and mark schemes will help you to really understand what you need to know to answer questions.
I love biology, especially anything about nature and animals, and currently work in the health sector so I have relevant knowledge for your lessons.
