About Romain

Good morning all !
Former paratrooper of the Army converted sports coach and lifeguard in sport / health, I have gradually through my experiences and years of training and learning realized the importance health and well-being.
Having myself had the chance to practice several sports activities and make them my daily life for years, I had as a revelation or logic to turn to teaching to help others have fun and enjoy the practice they wanted to turn to.
Now living in Bordeaux, I am available and travel easily throughout the CUB.

About the lesson

There is no age to take care of yourself, no level required, you just have to respect yourself, try to understand what is important in your practice, what could give back a taste for sport or give the desire to find new goals.

I adapt to all levels, all desires, as much in the recovery as in the performance, and accompany you as far as possible towards what drives you.
The goal is always to have a solid structure to establish a good working base and stay balanced in your body and in your practice!

I can also help you and advise you on nutrition to put the odds in your favor!

Having a network of health professionals (doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, dieticians ...), I could help you with certain specific expectations and guide you for even more personalized care so that the 'we also take care of rehabilitation, re-athletic training, long-term affection, etc ...
