About Yohan
I'm Yohan.
My passion for languages, particularly English, has been with me since I was a toddler. Thanks to my father, who lived in London, I was exposed to this beautiful language at a young age.
During my school days, I used to assist and teach English to my friends. Often, our classroom programs were dull and lacked real significance. I employed simple strategies that revolved around regular conversations to help them learn English effectively.
I decided to create my profile here in Australia because I've recently encountered many Australians who are struggling with English but are eager to learn. Most of them had some exposure to English in school and now believe it's too late to improve. However, I always emphasize that it's never too late as long as you're ready to dive into it!
What truly matters is the frequency of practice, not the quantity.
Consistent effort and practice are key to language improvement !

My approach to learning French is straightforward.
Initially, we'll have a conversation to discuss your life and the specific goals you want to achieve in French.
We'll also identify your current level in French, using a scale from 1 to 10 as a reference point.
Based on this assessment,
I will design a tailored program that encompasses vocabulary expansion, pronunciation improvement, listening comprehension, and speaking practice. Each day, we will focus on one of these aspects, gradually advancing and enhancing your proficiency in French. This methodology is rooted in the idea of personalization, understanding your objectives, and working systematically to achieve them.
Even though this approach may sound quite methodical, rest assured that our sessions will be conducted in a friendly and jovial atmosphere. Learning in a relaxed and enjoyable environment can greatly enhance the language acquisition experience !
