About Jean-Claude

Experience with foreign expats in France and also help with homework in London, UK for those students (all levels) and adults who need French for school or at a corporate level. I have taught small groups of 4 students at a time, so it is better to concentrate on each person's weak areas and help improve accordingly. Great results have been achieved in school exams. And for those adults, who are in full employment their confidence speaking and writing French has really grown incredibly. I strictly do not allow students to speak to me or among themselves in English. Everything is in French during the class from start to finish and in a total kind of immersion, as if you were in France. And if you don't understand I re-explain slowly in different ways until it sinks in.

About the lesson

Very interactive teaching techniques that motivate you and bring out your hidden potential to assimilate French, using the correct pronunciation, voice tone and as well mastering the grammar as a whole and its peculiarities. You will learn to improve on the accent and speak and sound close to a native. I will help you with all that. I am from Tours, Indre-et-Loire, France, the region where French is well-spoken and clearly articulated. I have tutored lots of foreigners and mainly Ukrainian spouses to French husbands and American expats in France coming either to join a spouse or to start a new life in France. You must live within SE11 or central London only. I am not prepared to travel far.
Please note that courses will resume in April 2025 for more flexibility time-wise.
Tutoring worldwide by webcam connection. Students based overseas are welcome to contact me directly.
