I am Tridip, currently working as Analyst for Company located in Hyderabad, along with that I constantly indulge myself in fitness to overcome my limits everyday…I have 5 years of Yoga experience + calisthenic + food nutritionist(no certificate) + weight training+ Cardio

Weight training ( mild)
Yoga(intermediate)
Running( intermediate)
Breathing exercises (pranayam)
Adding to that i will plan your meals and some blood tests are included before going for the training program ,to identify my client internally is more important !!
