I am a young open and understanding soul that has experienced many different experiences through my life journey. I believe in the power of knowledge and sharing it with those around us. I have worked in fast paced, high stress environments, experienced many roadblocks through my journey that I am continuing to embark on, and I believe the valuable lessons and mindsets that I have gotten me through can be transferred to other beings.

My teaching method is very straightforward. I like to get to the point, I focus on the present and near future. I believe that we have all experienced and continue to experience many traumas in life. However, if we make the present and the moments to come worthwhile those traumas will not have such a powerful toll on us.
