I am an Italian chef specialized in Mediterranean cuisine and gluten-free cooking. I worked in Michelin restaurants and high-rated top hotels. Through my extensive experiences in Italy and abroad, I have gained a wide knowledge of Italian and Trentino cuisine, as well as expertise in baking and Neapolitan pastry.
