About Manya
I am a B.Ed final semester student from Dev Samaj College of Education, Chandigarh.
I have done my Masters in Commerce from PGGCG 42 Chandigarh and Bachelor's in Commerce from GGDSD College, Sec 32, Chandigarh.
I have given tuitions to +1,2 accounts and economics students for a year and taught the same in a school in Chandigarh, India as a part of my B.Ed internship for 4 months.
I have done research work as a part of my Summer Internship in Punjab & Sind Bank, Chandigarh on the topic 'Digitalisation in Banking Sector'.
I have qualified Central Teacher Eligibility Test.
I have been an NSS volunteer for 5 years.
I have represented Dev Samaj College of Education, Chandigarh in the Punjab University Youth & Heritage Festival in Debate.
I have won 1st position representing One Act Play team of the college in the Punjab University Youth & Heritage Festival.
I believe that holistic(all round) development of a student helps to increase the interest in cognitive(intellectual) domains.

I prefer to give anecdotes to students. I use story telling method, example method,Question answer technique and lecture cum discussion method. I try to keep my students engaged in class. To avoid boredom I always try to add something humorous or interesting in my class without letting the syllabus get delayed.
