My teaching technique is very simple, I read the brain first, then apply methods, as a parents do to his/her child. If the base is standard, I move from the next level, if not I stick to strengthening the base first. Structure of my class is once again depends upon the nature and type of students, it may have 2 or it may have 5. And, the classes are only for students from class 8 to 10.
