I offer simple, personalized and therapy-based yoga sessions for beginners and individuals looking to improve their overall physical and mental well-being. As a Yoga Therapy student, I focus on understanding individual needs and adapting yoga practices accordingly. Sessions may include yoga asanas, pranayama, relaxation and basic therapeutic practices. My approach is gentle, easy to follow and suitable for different levels.
