About Maitreya
I am Maitreya Chakraborty. I am a master of arts in Journalism & Mass Communication. I am a Yoga Therapist and I completed my training from a very old and reputed Yoga Ashrama. I don't teach Hatha Yoga and Pranayamas coarsely. In my experience Yoga must be taught according to the student's body type, ailments and breathing patterns. I follow my methods based on my experience.
