About Anand
Namaste everyone!! I am Anand kumar verma a certified yoga instructor having more than 10 years of teaching experience, I have completed my yoga schooling from IBAM(Indian board of alternative medicine) and SVYASA, Bangalore. I was working as a full time yoga instructor in Vietnam since last 6 years and it’s been 2 months I am back to India and currently have been working online for one of the fitness company in USA.
