About Yengeç
I am a yoga teacher trained and graduated following my intensive training in Turkey at the headquarters of the Yoga Academy located in Istanbul. The Yoga that I teach is far from being simple stretches, indeed there is also a large theoretical part based on the unity of each being and each thing.

The Original Yoga System is called Maha Yoga. The word Maha means "eminent" or "the highest". Therefore, the Original Yoga System is called Superior Yoga in Vedic literature. There are hundreds of thousands of techniques in the Original Yoga System. These techniques form the basis of the Yoga system and cover the needs of all categories of people. When yoga is applied in this original form, all aspects of the human body are positively affected and improved. The first course will be the original Yoga System beginner course lasting 1 hour 30 minutes and composed of multiple asana (posture), pranayama (breathing exercise), bio energy and meditation.
