About Joy
I'm a certified yoga teacher with over 17 years of personal practice and a deep passion for helping others reconnect with their bodies and breath. I trained in Bali with a respected Indian yoga school, completing my 200hr Vinyasa/Ashtanga qualification. I’ve since gone on to complete further training in Prenatal, Postnatal, and Baby & Me yoga, and Yin Yoga qualifications. My background in the corporate world gives me a real understanding of stress and burnout, and I bring this awareness into my teaching. My classes are supportive, inclusive, and thoughtfully structured—ideal for beginners, improvers, or anyone returning to the mat after a break. You're in safe, compassionate hands.

My online yoga classes are tailored for beginners and improvers seeking accessible, mindful movement. I blend breathwork and alignment-focused flows, encouraging confidence and body awareness. Lessons draw from my Vinyasa/Ashtanga training, with added studies in Yin and Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga. Sessions suit adults of all ages, particularly those working from home or feeling anxious about large classes and want to start or improve their practice at home. I create a calm, supportive environment where you can explore yoga at your own pace.
