About Courtney
I have been practising yoga for over 3 years. And it has helped me through tough times to help with wanting to keep learning more so I can teach to the best of my ability and also to have fun. I have completed my level one yoga teacher training continuing with my level two. And also completing my Mind Performance Coaching which consists of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Time line Therapy and hypnotherapist. I have enrolled to do my mastery course in this and it will give me my Diploma
