Greetings, I'm Siya, a seasoned yoga instructor with a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness and self-discovery. With over seven years of experience teaching yoga, I am committed to guiding individuals on a transformative journey toward physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

My journey into the world of yoga began with a profound desire to explore ancient practices and unlock the secrets of inner peace and vitality. Drawn to the spiritual heartland of yoga in India, I immersed myself in intensive training under the guidance of esteemed yoga masters. It was during this transformative period that I cultivated a deep reverence for the profound wisdom and transformative power of yoga.

Equipped with the knowledge and teachings passed down through generations, I embarked on a journey to share the gifts of yoga with others. Over the past seven years, I have had the privilege of guiding students from all walks of life, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, on their yoga journey.

My teaching style is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and a deep respect for each individual's unique journey. I believe in creating a nurturing and inclusive space where students feel supported, empowered, and inspired to explore their practice with curiosity and mindfulness.
