About Eliot
I am a Yoga instructor teaching for 9 years, 4 years I dedicated to ballet with strong training of sometimes up to 6 hours of work a day in ballet, to improve as a teacher and as a practitioner, in the morning I taught yoga classes in gym . I am currently undertaking to teach these classes online.

We have one type of class per month with variations during the week focused on improving what else fails us. The class is planned and appropriate to the student according to their objectives and goals, based on this basis we make a personalized class. We will have goals per quarter, semester and annual we will follow the students pace, eventually the pace will rise depending on the commitment shown by the interested party.
