Hello! My name is Preeti, and I am a passionate Yoga Teacher from India with 10 years of experience in yoga practice and teaching. My mission is to help people improve their physical health, mental well-being, flexibility, confidence, and inner peace through yoga. I specialize in Hatha yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and Stress Relief Yoga. I believe every student is unique, so I create personalized classes based on individual goals and fitness levels. I teach online in English and Hindi and welcome students from all over the world. I am patient, friendly, and dedicated to helping my students achieve lasting results through safe and effective yoga practice.
