María´s classes inspire calm and relaxation, and a motivation to keep developing the practice of Yoga. She lives by the principles of Yoga in spirit, mind and body, which is evident in her uplifting energy. She´s very caring and emphatic, which makes her a great instructor.

Maria teach me yoga for the first time, she is really passionate about it and because of this she helped me connecting with this ancestral practice. I also received reiki sessions from her and I experience an improve in my wellbeing, I highly recommend her as a tutor and therapist
