About Minke
From New Zealand, I have practiced yoga for 11 years and have been teaching for 3 years. Trained primarily in India with a RYT200 certification, I continue my education with workshops and different teachers. I have experience with corporate classes, private classes and group classes.

Each lesson is designed for you and your specific ability and mobility. I can provide classes in the following areas: - For general improvements in fitness, flexibility and wellbeing. - Focus on supporting you through times of ill-health, supporting both the physical and emotional body through stress, anxiety, depression or injury. - To support the body through menstruation or menopause, as the body has very different needs at these times. The focus of all my classes is alignment-based, in order to prevent injury. Each class is 1hr or 1h30
