About Suganya Manivannan
I have a RYT200 from the Yoga Institute in Mumbai. I work a full-time job and take classes online in the evening. I am also a sound healer and will incorporate sound healing meditation in my classes.

I've been practicing yoga for the last 8 years and I have an RYT200 from The Yoga Institute Mumbai. It has taken me some time to realise the mental and lifestyle benefit of yoga so I don't promise a class that will help you reduce weight or build muscle. If you are consistent you may lose weight and get stronger but that is just the by-product and not the end goal of yoga. My classes are focused on helping you make yoga a daily habit and to help you make tiny changes in your lifestyle that will have long-term physical and mental benefits. It's a journey not a destination:)
