About Ainhoa

I am Ainhoa, I am 31 years old and I was born in Bilbao, although I have been stumbling around the world for many years. I dedicate myself to dance and yoga and I try to enrich my practices with each place I visit and its culture.
I love helping my students achieve their goals and discover everything that the fascinating yogi world has to offer.

About the lesson

I have been a dance and yoga teacher for more than 10 years. I like my practice to be fluid and dynamic and although I can give specific Hatha or Vinyasa yoga class, I like to do multi-style classes where we can discover the benefits of the different yogi styles.

Whether you want to get started in the practice or if you want to strengthen your body and practice complicated asanas, I can help you reach your challenges and also obtain a stronger mind and body.
