About Aarti Margherita
I am a yoga teacher with over 8,000 hours of experience and a deep, fun, and accessible approach. I teach in English and Spanish, focusing on body awareness, strength, breathing, and emotional balance. My style combines tradition with modern fluidity, always respecting the pace of each student. I currently live in Salvador, but I teach mostly online. I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for transforming body, mind, and life — and I am here to support you in this process.

I offer personalized yoga classes for all levels, taught in English or Spanish. My practice combines strength, fluidity, and conscious breathing, with sequences adapted to your body, energy, and goals. I work with the lunar phase and propose an intuitive, welcoming, and profound approach. Classes are online or in person in Salvador. If you are looking for more focus, flexibility, or emotional balance, I will be happy to guide you on your path.
