About Kriyanandamayi

Known as Yogacharya Kriyanandamayi and being in this Yoga profession for last 21 years. Involved in many social activities like doing free yoga sessions in the rural areas & volunteer in stray animal rescues as I love animals. Offering weekly public classes.

About the lesson

Yoga sessions will be conducted personally or group or corporate group. Therapeutic Art will be conducted in person or family session or group session which is to bring out the stress and to make you as a strong person mentally and physically. Stress management will include both Yoga and Therapeutic Art. Touching the sacred space within you.
