About Jaclyn

I have been teaching Maths for 20 years but recently retired. As I have a deep passion to teach, I love to guide every child under my care to achieve his/her highest potential. My greatest job satisfaction and achievement were nurturing a few Down Syndrome children to develop their mental arithmetic skills. Aim to develop mastery skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division so that I could solve fractions and algebra brilliantly.

About the lesson

#There will be a short placement test to gauge the student's fundamental Maths ability in the first (free) class. A study plan will be discussed with the parent. #Learning materials are curated to fit the student's learning ability. # Topics will be discussed before students try out topical questions to build confidence in understanding the concepts. More to challenge critical thinking problem-solving questions. Practice makes perfect. #Parents will be updated on the student's progress bi-weekly / monthly / as needed. #Preschooler session is 1 hour (RM 40/hr), #Primary 1-3 is 1.5 hours (RM45/hr), #Primary 4-6 is 1.5 hours (RM50/hr), #Secondary 1-3 is 1.5 hours (RM55/hr) - for Maths only #Secondary 4-5 is 1.5 hours (RM60/hr) - for Maths only # Session could be at your comfort home / my place / online. Perfect! She know how to tackle my kids problems in math especially my 12yo son. As to date, they already have 3 classes with Teacher Jaclyn and so far they are doing good. Positive feedback that i got from my kids where they really enjoy the class. Teacher will help and discuss the best method to solve the math question easily.
