# Hi, I’m Arti — Your Commerce Educator

I’m a finance professional and educator with **6 years of teaching experience**, specializing in Commerce subjects for **Class 11th and 12th students**.

Over the years, I’ve taught students across **CBSE, ICSE and State Board curricula**, helping them build a strong foundation in **Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies**.

My teaching journey started with a simple belief: **students perform better when they understand the concept instead of simply memorizing the answer.**

Today, my professional experience in finance gives me an additional practical perspective on the subjects I teach. Working in the financial industry has allowed me to see how concepts such as accounting, financial analysis, business decisions and economics work beyond the classroom.

About the lesson

My Teaching Methodology: Understand First. Memorize Less. Score Better.
I believe Commerce should not be about blindly memorizing formulas, definitions or answers.
My classes follow a Concept → Example → Practice → Application → Revision approach.
1. Build the Concept
Every topic starts with the “why” behind it. I simplify difficult Commerce concepts using real-life business and financial examples so students understand the logic before learning the theory.
2. Learn Through Examples
Instead of only explaining from textbooks, I connect concepts to practical situations, making topics easier to understand and remember.
3. Practice What You Learn
Students immediately apply the concept through questions, numerical problems, case studies and exam-style exercises.
4. Identify & Fix Weak Areas
Regular assessments help identify exactly where a student is struggling. We then focus on those gaps instead of repeating topics they already understand.
5. Exam-Focused Preparation
Understanding the concept is only the first step. I also teach students how to structure answers, approach numerical questions, manage time and handle different types of exam questions.
6. Personalized Learning
Every student learns differently. My classes are designed around the student's current level, board/curriculum, strengths and areas for improvement.
The goal?
Not just to finish the syllabus.
The goal is to make students confident enough to understand a question, know which concept to apply, and solve it independently
